FAITH MATTERS is a weekly (Wednesday) gathering sponsored by AIIA in collaboration with the Monson Community Church. During a typical weekly session we consider what the Bible says about matters of life and truth — what we should believe, and how we are to conduct ourselves while here on earth. In 2023 we have been particularly focused on exploring worldviews, examining alternative belief systems, and considering the application of Christian apologetics.
WHAT HAPPENS. This one-hour weekly event typically consists of Bible teaching, lectures, resource reviews, and conversation geared for thinking adults and senior teens.
FAITH MATTERS is open to the public. There is no admission charge. Participation is welcomed but not required. No one will be made to feel uncomfortable by being pressured to contribute to the discussion.
FEATURED THIS WEEK: In this session we’ll be continuing our series based on the book When Cultists Ask by Norm Geisler and Ron Rhodes — exposing specific examples of how cults misinterpret and misuse Scripture.
